What Makes Free Movement Pilates Different?
At Free Movement Pilates, we’re more than just a Pilates studio — Our instructors bring over 60 years of combined teaching experience, including two licensed physical therapists and others who have taught in various communities, including internationally. This depth and diversity of experience allows us to offer truly informed, individualized, and effective instruction to every client.
Founded by Karly Merrill, Free Movement Pilates was created as a true wellness space — where Pilates is the foundation, and your whole-body health is the focus.
We offer everything you expect from a top-tier studio — and so much more:
- A calming detox room with an infrared sauna and private meditation space
- A massage chair available for relaxation and recovery
- Workshops throughout the year, such as lymphatic drainage and movement education
- A respected Teacher Training Program that has certified instructors now teaching in various communities
Our instructors are passionate about lifelong learning. We work collaboratively, drawing from our unique backgrounds to foster an environment of continual growth, creativity, and care.
