How do I begin a Pilates Exercise Program?

We highly recommend setting up private sessions with a certified Pilates instructor prior to beginning any Pilates class.  We require 1 private session prior to joining any equipment class so clients can be introduced to the basic principles of the Pilates Method and can be instructed on safety on the equipment.  Most new clients will opt to purchase our introductory 4 pack offer below. 

Introductory Private Pilates Package

We offer an introductory 4 pack of private sessions for new clients. Sessions are set up with a certified Pilates Instructor based on the schedule of the client and the instructor. Joining a Yoga Class

You can pre-register for Yoga classes and workshops by following the blue link below.  This will lead you to our class schedule through our MIND BODY Online Scheduler.   If you have any additional questions, contact Karly at 518-275-2644.

Functional Movement Consult

Still unsure where to begin?  Set up a 30 minute functional movement consult with the owner of the studio.  This includes a full body movement screen, identification of asymmetries in the body along with functional limitations.  You will receive an introduction to the studio and the Pilates equipment and have the opportunity to discuss your exercise/wellness goals.
