We offer one-on- one private instruction to learn the basic principles of the Pilates Method. Prefer to train with a friend? We also offer duet sessions, which are semi-private sessions, paced for each individual client's level. Sessions are scheduled based on client and instructor availability. Sessions are 55 minutes.
We offer small group Pilates mat and Reformer & Tower equipment classes. Both machines use spring-loaded resistance to provide strength, flexibility, and balance and assist with performing controlled, safe movements throughout classes. Follow class schedule link above to sign up.
We offer Core Yoga classes, with focus on building strength and flexibility from the inside out. We also offer monthly Restorative and Yin Yoga Workshops, hosted by our highly trained Yoga Instructors. Class length ranges from 75-90 minutes. Body Alignment Manual Therapy: an integrated, hands-on approach to physical therapy is offered in the studio but by an outside practitioner. Session 55 minute one-on-one physical therapy sessions with an emphasis on manual therapy, including soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, trigger point therapy; functional movement assessment & re-training, postural re-education, and postural correction exercises. Healing Touch is an energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Healing Touch is a biofield therapy (magnetic field around the body), which is an energy-based approach to health and healing. Sessions are 1 hour. Massages are available by appointment. Techniques include deep tissues, swedish, hot stone therapy, myofascial release.
