We offer one-on- one private instruction to learn the basic principles of the Pilates Method. Prefer to train with a friend? We also offer duet sessions, which are semi-private sessions, paced for each individual client's level. Sessions are scheduled based on client and instructor availability. Sessions are 55 minutes.
We offer small group Pilates mat and Reformer & Tower equipment classes. Both machines use spring-loaded resistance to provide strength, flexibility, and balance and assist with performing controlled, safe movements throughout classes. Follow class schedule link above to sign up.
We offer Core Yoga classes, with focus on building strength and flexibility from the inside out. We also offer monthly Restorative and Yin Yoga Workshops, hosted by our highly trained Yoga Instructors. Class length ranges from 75-90 minutes.
