We highly recommend setting up private sessions with a certified Pilates instructor prior to beginning any Pilates class to familiarize yourself with safety on equipment and basics for form. Our instructors are independent contractors that share space and our online scheduling system for scheduling and processing payments. Please reach out directly to the instructor of your choice to set up your first session. As a first time client, please DO NOT use the online booking page for privates or semi-privates. You may view our instructors, and reach out directly to them to book your first private, or fill out the new client survey.
Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination. It can also help reduce stress and tension, alleviate back pain, and improve overall body awareness.
We offer a variety of classes, including mat Pilates, equipment Pilates, and specialty classes like prenatal and postnatal Pilates, Pilates for athletes, and more.
Most of our classes are 60 minutes long, but we also offer some shorter 45-minute classes and longer 90-minute classes for those who want a more intense workout.
