Hours

By Appointment:  Please view our instructors page and reach out to the instructor directly to schedule a private Pilates session or Semi-Private session. All of our instructors are independent contractors,  make their own schedules, and will discuss their pricing and packages with you.  We share the MINDBODY system for scheduling purposes and generally have the same class packages which allows clients to take classes from multiple instructors.
